Introduction
Please read these terms carefully before using our facilities or booking treatment rooms. By hiring a room, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.
Definitions
- “Havering Health Rooms” refers to the independent provider of clinical and therapy rooms in Havering.
- “Practitioner” refers to any individual or business hiring rooms for healthcare, therapy, or wellbeing services.
- “Booking” refers to the reservation of a room for a specific time period.
Room Hire
- Rooms are provided fully furnished and equipped for professional use.
- Practitioners must use rooms only for lawful, professional activities.
- Booking confirms acceptance of the time slot; cancellations must follow the cancellation policy.
- Room hire does not include provision of clinical services by Havering Health Rooms.
Booking, Payment & Cancellation
- All bookings require advance confirmation.
- Payment must be made as specified during the booking process.
- Cancellations must be communicated at least 24–48 hours in advance (or as per agreed policy).
- Late cancellations or no-shows may incur charges.
Practitioner Responsibilities
- Practitioners must hold valid qualifications and professional insurance.
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and professional conduct at all times.
- Practitioners are solely responsible for their clients, records, and compliance with professional regulations.
- Practitioners must respect shared facilities, including waiting areas and communal spaces.
Liability & Insurance
- Havering Health Rooms is not responsible for the provision of clinical services.
- Practitioners must carry appropriate professional indemnity insurance.
- Havering Health Rooms accepts no liability for loss, injury, or damage arising from the use of rooms.
- Practitioners agree to indemnify Havering Health Rooms for claims arising from their activities.
Privacy & Data
- Personal data collected during booking will be stored securely and used solely for managing room hire.
- Data will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
- Practitioners must comply with GDPR when handling client data.
Termination
- Havering Health Rooms may terminate bookings or access for breaches of these terms.
- Practitioners may terminate room hire with notice, as per the agreed policy.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
